PETS:
Pets are part of the family. We can help you find the best place that can accommodate you and your pet. Apartment communities have different restrictions. Most require pet deposits and some also charge a monthly pet rent fee. We know where the large pets are accepted (pit bulls, German Shepard, Akta, Labs etc.) Cats and smaller pets are usually accepted, however some communities may only accept cats. There are some communities that do not accept pets at all.
DEPOSITS: Security (refundable), Administration or Cleaning Fee plus application fees are usual. They can range from: $200 to $500 for Security Deposits and in some cases this amount can be waived upon approved credit. Application fees can range from $25 to $55 per person. Administration or cleaning fees are non-refundable as a rule. REQUIREMENTS: To obtain your new apartment in the Las Vegas area a credit check, employment verification or verifiable funds, good rental history and most communities are doing background checks (felony convictions We also have some Communities that will work with you on deposits and credit issues. AMENITIES: Most of the Las Vegas area apartment communities are less that 15 years old therefore they include the dishwasher, a/c, swimming pool, exercise facility, tennis courts, etc. Newer communities have the granite counter tops, garages, gated and gourmet kitchens fireplaces, or cabinets for TV etc. RENTS: There is a saying "you get what you pay for" Rents in the Las Vegas area can be expensive however the apartment communities are like resorts. This is the benefit of renting an apartment. It is that nice feeling to lock your door and the landscaping, maintenance; security etc. is done for you!
UTILITIES:
Water is a commodity in the Las Vegas area therefore water, water/sewer, water, sewer, trash is usually charged by the apartment communities This can range from $18 To $50 per month additional depending upon usage. We also have apartments that include water, etc and do not add this surcharge. Cable, Telephone Gas, Electric is your responsibility.
SPECIALS:
Move in specials are sometimes available depending upon occupancy. $99
to one month free is not uncommon. Remember specials are based upon OAC &
availability. Discounts are given to preferred employed lists. (example: teachers, casino
workers, Clark County employees. etc)
